You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems across the peninsula, backed by a stocked truck, supportive dispatch, and a team that treats you like a neighbor.

What we're looking for
- Washington State HVAC/R Journey-level certification or equivalent experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and customer-communication skills
- A reliable, honest, safety-minded approach
