Ernie has been involved in the Hydronic industry for over 25 years. Starting as an installer in the early 90s, he worked for a manufacturer of hydronic tubing and equipment for 5 years as technical support and new product development. He started his 1st installation and service company (Master Hydronics) in 1999. That company was open till 2009 in Kitsap county and Western Washington. Next, he started EB Mechanical in 2011 which rebranded to West Sound Comfort Systems in 2016 with the addition of Chris Brown as Partner.

A mechanic by trade, Chris started in the Hydronic Industry as an installer in 2000 at Master Hydronics (With Ernie). He went on to run the hydronic installation dept & HVAC service department at another local HVAC service company for 5 years. Chris then joined a manufacturers representative company in Seattle as a sales engineer. He also trained contractors on hydronic equipment, provided technical support and product development support with international manufacturers. Chris partnered with Ernie in 2016 and formed West Sound Comfort Systems.
