What You’ll Do

This position requires you to work independently in a company-supplied vehicle repairing boilers and hydronic components associated with the boiler system. You will be working on Gas, Electric, and Oil systems. You will be talking intelligently with customers, educating them on their systems, and providing solutions to their concerns. You will maintain a clean appearance. You will be working with, and learning from, some of the most knowledgeable people and technicians in this industry.

 

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a Service and/or Maintenance Technician who has the following:

• A proven track record within the hydronic industry: 2 Years +
• A passion to be in the hydronic industry
• The ability to diagnose a hydronic system from start to finish
• Be organized and able to maintain a clean work vehicle
• Strong work ethic
• Electrical 06A trainee or Journeyman license is a plus
• Experience with combustion analyzers is not required but is a plus
• Ability to communicate well verbally with customers and co-workers
• Maintain a clean appearance
• Detailed and accurate on paperwork
• Desire to go above and beyond expectations for customers
• Ability to train apprentice technicians
• A clean driving record

Experienced Residential Boiler Install Technician

This position requires you work independently and with others in a company supplied vehicle removing and replacing boilers, piping and controls. You will be working on Gas, Electric and Oil systems. You will be working with, and learning from, some of the most knowledgeable people and technicians in this industry.

We are looking for an Installation Technician who has the following:

• A Proven Track Record within the Hydronic Industry – 2 Years +
• A Passion to be in the Hydronic Industry
• Understands piping layouts and manufacturers recommendations.
• Be Organized and able to Maintain a Clean Work Vehicle
• Strong work ethic
• Electrical 06A Trainee or Journeyman License a Plus
• Experience with Combustion Analyzers a plus
• Ability to Communicate Verbally well with Customers and Co-workers
• Maintain a Clean Appearance
• Detailed and Accurate on Paperwork
• Desire to go above and beyond expectations for customers.
• Ability to train apprentice installers
• A Clean Driving record

Journeyman Electrician (01, 02)

We are looking for an 01 Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

Ideal would be a retired or semi-retired electrician that can handle a variety of things to include running new circuits from panels to occasional control wiring. There would be room to do other types of electrical jobs.

Journeyman Service Plumber

We are looking for a Journeyman Plumber to join our team.

Ideal would be a retired or semi-retired plumber that can handle a variety of things to include installing domestic tanks and on-demand Water Heaters to piping boilers. There would be room to do other plumbing jobs.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a trainee/apprentice who doesn’t just want to earn a paycheck, but someone who is ready to learn a new trade and make a career from it. The quicker you learn and are able to take on more responsibilities, the quicker your pay goes up. To start, you would be learning the basics of residential boilers and hot water heating systems. We work on gas, propane, oil, and electric boilers. You will be in front of customers, so you will need to have good communication skills and take pride in your appearance. You will respect the property you are on. Your personal phone is put away while working. You will learn by working with our installation/service technicians as well as being a laborer for our installation technicians. There will be heavy lifting. There will be times you will have to work in crawl spaces. You’re going to come home filthy dirty some days. Aptitude and attitude will determine how you excel and in what areas. You will be learning from some of the best people in our industry.
