Exceptional Service. We have a hydronic system which heats the floors of the house with various pumps and without it our house would be an ice cube. Originally the previous owners DIY’d it and it was a total mess. Ernie & Chris did amazing things and got us working again and we’ve been saving money on our heating ever since. No only does the system perform well but it’s also tidy and neat. Finally I can look at it and understand what’s happening. Before it was just a mess of pipes and wires and pumps and jumpers that had to be reset and tanks that needed to be repressurised in the middle of winter. Now we just need an annual maintenance and we’re G2G. Love it. Thank you.

The owner, Chris, is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional, and knows what he's doing. In addition to being very easy and pleasant to work with, as are the rest of his crew. We have a tankless hot water heater that was apparently not installed correctly and is not a very great model. It took me awhile to find a company that would even come out and look at it. West Sound Comfort Systems are the only ones to agree to look at the system, repair it, and come back every year for maintenance. They’ll be who I use when I need to actually replace this system.
